About Modding
One common shortcoming, so to speak, of any video game console is the fact that games bought in another region may not function optimally in the console. This is often the result of security measures that the companies put in place to prevent illegitimate use of the device.
With the modded controller Xbox, you will now be able to play games that you may have legitimately bought from another geographical region. A small chip known as the ‘mod chip’ is installed in the controller that evade security measures put into place by the company.
