Your first aid skill is a secondary skill, which means it can be combined with any other profession. It’s considered the best secondary skill you can learn becase it can really come in handy. Let’s get started.

There are two items that you will need. First is bandages or anti-venoms. These are required for all first aid skills. When you start, you’ll get rudimentary bandages, but you will need to find anti-venom or complete quests to get it. Different kinds of incredibly useful anti-venom will be needed in different situations.

First aid is a skill that players could start immediately at level one. while you won’t earn the best bandages in here yet, as they would only be available to you once you move to more advanced skills, having them altogether is better than having nothing. Start out in this skill by undergoing apprenticeship from a trainer. You could always choose to review and learn more, but this initial exposure would help you start learning.

Now, purchase the Expert First Aid – Under Wraps item. If you are a member of the Alliance, you can find this in the Arathi Highlands. If you’re a player on the Horde side, you can find this in Dustwallow Marsh. After purchasing this item, you can now progress and go past skill level 150, which will bring you closer to achieving your level 375 goal.

Once you’ve reached the level 225, you’ll have to undergo and complete the Triage Quest which would fastly advance you up to 300. Bear in mind however that once you get to 240, you could always return to your trainer to learn the advanced bandage wrapping and quickly move further in skill.

You can easily get Anti-venom upon progressing in skill. Upon reaching level 80, your trainer will provide you with your first Anti-venom which costs about 1 silver piece and 50 coppers, depending where you were able to get it from. Upon reaching level 130, you will be able to purchase the strong anti-venom already which would sell easily for 2 silvers and 50 coppers.
